There are several factors that affect how many puffs you would get from an e cigarette cartridge and these are: how strong your drags are, how long your drags are, how much e-liquid there was in the e cigarette refill cartridge to begin with, how big the cartridge is and how often you use your electric e cigarette.

Due to all of these factors, you can see how the amount of puffs/cigarette equivalents one would get from each electronic cigarette cartridge would vary with each individual! Naturally, a person who naturally takes longer drags would feel they get less puffs per e cigarette cartridge than someone who would take shorter drags.

What are some things electronic cigarette users should know about the atomizer?

The atomizer is what we consider the "heart" of the electronic cigarette because this is where the magic happens. When you place your lips on the refill cartridge's mouthpiece and inhale, the battery will activate and supply power to the atomizer. The atomizer's coil-like piece that juts out on one end then heats up and vaporizes the e-liquid inside of the refill cartridge.

Naturally, because the atomizer is so crucial, there are certain precautions any electronic cigarette user, or vaper, should take to prolong the life of the atomizer. First, there is the issue of overheating the unit by taking too many consecutive drags. As fun as it is to puff, puff, puff away on the e cigarette, an overworked atomizer will result in very poor vapor output, sometimes to the point where vapor is non-existent. Not only will the vapor be affected but an electronic cigarette atomizer that is overworked will overheat and eventually malfunction. Like you would with an analog cigarette, take natural breaks every couple of puffs to ensure the electronic cigarette has time to rest before starting up again.

Another way the atomizer can overheat is when there is insufficient e-liquid inside of the e cigarette refill cartridge. What is e-liquid and what are the benefits to using this?

E-liquid, also known as e-smoke, e-juice or smoke juice, is the liquid solution that is pre-filled inside of your electronic cigarette cartridge. The e-liquid is comprised of a short list of about 10 to 20 ingredients: propylene glycol, which is on the FDA's GRAS (generally recognized as safe) list, nicotine (in the nicotine liquid solutions), water, and natural and artificial flavors, etc. We offer both electric cigarette cartridges and bottles of e-liquid in both tobacco and menthol and in the following strengths: high (16 mg nicotine), medium (10 mg), low (6 mg) and none/non (0 mg).

Buying refill cartridges is fine and dandy but to save the most money in the long run, you will want to invest in a bottle of e-liquid to refill your cartridges. To refill, about 3 to 4 e-liquid drops must be placed into the open end of the e-cigarette refill cartridge. Inside of the refill cartridge is a smaller tube that holds the filler and liquid. The cotton or polyester filler holds the e-liquid so it stays put, unless it is dropped or rattled in any way. After the 3 to 4 drops of e-liquid are placed into the refill cartridge, the e-cigarette's good to go for another few rounds of puffs. Best of all, our e-liquid is compatible with all of our electronic cigarettes.
